We usually equate fall with getting back on track and organized for what matters in our lives. The contraction of the summer season into fall helps us to reshift our focus as we move into the metal season. Metal is associated with sharpness, clarity, structure and completion. Fortunately, nature helps us with these traits by showing us its changes but what if you can’t feel this in your home? If there’s too little metal energy in our homes we can feel unfocused and unable to stay disciplined. Try bringing in more shiny objects like round mirrors, crystals (which are one example of metal element in nature) and the color white. May this fall season help you find new ways of seeing in your life!
